Went to put the tank back on my savage project and decided to pop the fueltap apart to look inside....look for what i dont know but i took it apart anyway.....in the process i bent the hell out of this thin brass coily thing in there...i have sisnce thrown that in the trash and decicded to bolt it on and see what happens....well i filled the tank and no matter where i place the knob ...no gas flows out.....this fuel tap is forein to me anyway cuz there is no "off" position i have "pri/on/res" the fuel should flow out one of these positions right??? Is it just broken and i need a new one??? am i just an idiot??? (dont answer) ....anyway is there anyone who can help me out with this.
